How to report and how we handle material errors or outdated information.
Reporting an issue
If you identify a factual error, outdated product detail, broken commercial link or misleading statement, contact AisleBeacon through the Contact page and include the page URL and the information you believe should be corrected.
Review process
We review the source supporting the existing statement, compare newer or more authoritative information, and update the page when a material correction is warranted.
Material updates
Important corrections or substantive changes should update the page's “Last Updated” information. We do not silently invent supporting evidence to preserve an earlier conclusion.
